[Dalia’s story] Plot twist

Eight years of building a business will teach you a lot. But not everything.

Which is why I signed up for ScaleTribe’s founding cohort.

👋 I'm Dalia Brunschwig, a Certified Nutrition Health Coach and founder of Fully in Balance — a virtual coaching platform for women who want to build healthy, sustainable lifestyles without rigidity or guilt.

I spent nearly a decade developing a methodology I believe in, growing a community I care about, and serving clients who come back. When registration for ScaleTribe opened last year, I already had a fabulous VA helping me.

But I was still juggling a lot, and carrying more than I should have.

I was hoping ScaleTribe would help me build a small team —
to take some of that pressure off, so I could stop feeling like everything rested on my shoulders alone.

When I signed up, I was ready to hire, grow.

Now, I want to be very transparent:
I'm still in that process – I haven't found the right fit yet.

But I walked away with something else:
concrete clarity and structure for my backend.

ScaleTribe made me realize how much I needed to organize what I already had — whether I have a small team or not.

  • I built SOPs and onboarding systems that didn’t exist before.
  • I clarified my product ladder and restructured my core offers.
  • I feel so much more secure about my pricing.

I even built two new memberships.
Before the course closed, I had already signed a client for a full 12 months, thanks to the retainer modules + challenge. 🎉

And for the first time, I put the foundation of my business into written manuals and guides — something I had always wanted to do.

In addition to the changes I made to my business’s structure, I gained a surprising amount from the community and coaching.

The level was high, the connections were real, and I'm still in touch with my accountability partner months later, which has been really meaningful. I’ve done so much of the internal backend processes and my mindset has shifted so much as a CEO that I feel so confident hiring now.

So where am I now?

  • I'm still building.
  • I'm waiting for my VA to return from maternity leave.
  • I’m still hoping to find the right person to hire and help me carry a lot of the burden.

But my business is not the same as the one I used to run.
I'm not the same business owner as the one I used to be.

Before ScaleTribe, I thought like a coach who happened to run a business.
Now I operate like a CEO who happens to be a coach.

I have the systems. I have the clarity. I have the structure.
And when the right people come, they’ll step into something that’s already working.

If you’re also looking to streamline your business and maybe even hire, join ScaleTribe before doors close in less than a week.
I warmly recommend. 😊

I'll be in the alumni track, so I look forward to meeting you inside!

P.S. — I also want to say something about Michal's approach, because it matters. It’s a breath of fresh air to find someone in the marketing space who is so careful about not overpromising. Michal and her team promised clarity and structure — and that's exactly what I got.

That integrity is rare — and it’s part of why I still trust the process, even though my original hiring timeline shifted.

P.P.S. — I'm happy to chat with you directly. Reply to this email and Michal's team will connect us. 😊
